MyMood Yoga is all about emotional well-being. There is a yoga programme to suit your mood, exactly when you need it. You don’t have to be experienced in yoga practice and you don’t have to spend much time. We believe that yoga is a game changer for personal healing that you can incorporate in your daily life. Our specially curated programmes encourage mindfulness and self-awareness, helping you better understand and manage emotional responses.
Restorative yoga, with gentle poses and deep breathing, helps calm the mind and release tension. Poses like Child’s Pose and Legs-Up-the-Wall can be particularly soothing.
If you’re feeling sluggish, a gentle flow or a series of sun salutations can invigorate your body and mind. Try poses like Warrior I and II to boost your energy and confidence.
Dynamic styles like Vinyasa or Power Yoga can provide an outlet for pent-up emotions. Engaging in physically challenging poses, such as Chair Pose or Crow Pose, can help release frustration in a healthy way.
To amplify feelings of joy, focus on heart-opening poses like Camel Pose or Bridge Pose. Incorporating laughter or playful sequences can also elevate your spirits.
Restorative or Yin Yoga can provide comfort and space for introspection. Gentle poses, such as Seated Forward Bend, encourage self-compassion and healing.
Hatha and restorative Yoga reduce cortisol levels, promote blood flow to the pelvic region, stimulate the reproductive organs and the endocrine system, enhance circulation and improve sleep.
Our tutorials are free to access on our website and on YouTube. Our instructors are experienced teachers from around the world. And our practices are no longer than 30 minutes, suited to your every mood, for every day, anytime and for all levels!
Our Team
Nancy is a yoga teacher, a retreat leader, and a sound healer based in Seattle, WA, in the U.S.A. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2012 and her 500-hour certification from ISHTA Yoga/NYC in 2021. She teaches all of the 8 limbs of yoga and feels that the practices of yoga provide a container to reflect, gain insight, and connect with ourselves.

Jodi is a highly qualified International Yoga Alliance teacher, based in Seattle, WA, USA. She is a certified Ayurveda Practitioner and for many years she worked at Bastyr Natural Health Clinic as an Ayurvedic and Panchakarma Therapist, having trained in India for six years. She offers energy and sound healing.

Iason is a Level-2 certified Iyengar yoga teacher based in Munich, Germany. He completed a 250-hour International Yoga Alliance training in 2015 and became a certified Iyengar yoga teacher in 2019. With a background in various Hatha yoga styles, he now focuses solely on Iyengar yoga, sharing its precision and alignment with passion and gratitude.

Isadora is a restorative yoga teacher and Reiki master, based in Athens, Greece. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2012 in Bali and trained extensively in India for three years where she immersed herself in Restorative yoga, Reiki and guided meditation. Since then has taught in Chennai, Rome and Athens.

Experience mythological Greece in September 2025, in one of Pelion’s most authentic and energizing villages, Agios Lavrentios. You will be staying in the land of the centaurs, nestled within a gorgeous, mountain forest with easy access to azure beaches, nourishing body and mind with our gentle yoga and locally-sourced food, exploring glorious landscapes with our expeditions. Our retreat leader is Iason Papaioannou, an experienced teacher committed to teaching compassionately and intuitively. Iyengar Yoga builds strength, flexibility, and alignment through precise postures and props, making it accessible for all levels. Restorative Yoga promotes deep tranquillity, reducing stress and enhancing recovery with relaxing, supported poses. Both improve posture, balance, and mindfulness, fostering physical and mental well-being and positively improving your mood. Pelion is a mountainous peninsula in the eastern coast of mainland Greece known for its picturesque villages, its unique traditional architecture and beautiful beaches. Agios Lavrentios is a mountainous village at an altitude of 600m, offering a mild climate even during the summer months. In the village you can find old cobbled paths and enjoy hikes to nearby villages or the mountain summit. The nearest beach is only a 20 min drive away! The village is accessible in a three-hour drive from Thessaloniki airport or a four-hour drive from Athens airport. A shuttle bus will be organised upon request.
